Registration
Is a group discount possible?
For registration of 2 or more participants, additional discounts apply, and you can find them in the "registration" section of each event.

Can registration close before the event?
We recommend to register as early as possible due to a limited number of slots at the conference.

What is included in my registration fee?
Detailed information is given in the registration form of each event.

Does the registration fee include travel expenses for the conference?
All travel expenses, including airfare and hotel accommodation, are the responsibility of a participant. We recommend to register as early as possible due to a limited number of slots.

How is my registration confirmed?
Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with registration information.

Is there a deadline for participation payment?
Participation in the event must be paid no later than the date specified in the registration form.

What forms of payment are accepted for participation in the conference?
When filling out the registration form, you choose the payment option:
  1. by bank card online
  2. by bank card (after receiving the registration form, we will send you a form to pay for participation by credit card)
  3. by bank transfer (after receiving the registration form, we will send you a copy of the invoice)

To avoid delays at the event and a possible denial of attendance, please contact us for payment prior to the event.

I will not be able to attend the conference, but my colleague would like to take part in it instead of me
You can change a candidate at no additional charge. Please notify us of the replacement participant by email or phone 48 hours prior to the event date.

My credit card is not being processed
Credit card processing problems are usually caused by a credit card holder’s billing address mismatch. Make sure the address you enter matches the billing address provided by your credit card provider, or contact your credit card provider to authorize the payment.

Where and when will the event take place?
Information about the date, venue of the event, as well as the route map is available on the website of a specific event in the "venue" section. If you have already registered as a delegate, a few days before the event you will receive a confirmation of participation, which contains detailed information that will be useful to you at the event (name, address and directions to the hotel, contact numbers of our representatives, start and end times of registration and conference, etc.). What do I do if a visa is required?
Citizens of most countries require an entry visa to Russia, which is their sole responsibility. Please contact your local consulate for details. The visa process can be lengthy, so we recommend applying as early as possible. Not being a company registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, we do not have the right to issue invitations for a visa. However, most embassies will accept an official hotel confirmation instead of an invitation. When you make your reservation, please ask the hotel reservation department to send you an official confirmation for visa support. Aa an alternative, you can contact your local travel agency which will assist you with visa support.

Where can I order documents and presentations from past conferences?
For more information, please go to the page of past events or contact the Organizers.

Where can I get more detailed information about the event?
Please contact the Delegate Relations Department at tel: +7 495 108‑51‑43, or by email: events@ato.ru. Also, there are contacts of employees working on a specific event organization on the page of each event.

Where can I leave my feedback about the conference?
At the event, each participant receives a feedback questionnaire. Also, the questionnaire in electronic form is available on the page of the event after its completion. Please take the time to complete it. Your comments will be carefully considered and taken into account in our future work. The completed application form can be left at the reception desk or sent to us by email: events@ato.ru.

Accounting documents (agreement, act, invoice)
If you need to conclude an agreement, please inform a specialist of the department for work with delegates. You can receive the originals of all accounting documents during the event at the registration desk.

Social network

How can I see the list of attendees?
Please send a request for a list of participants in the relevant event and we will send you all the materials.

Is there a dress code?
We recommend to adhere to the business-casual style at our events and to have a jacket or a warm sweater on you, as there are air conditioners in the conference rooms.

What does my badge give me?
Your badge is your "pass" to all conference events (sessions, exhibitions, lunches and receptions). Badges must be worn at all times and must not be passed on to other persons.

Will speaker presentations be available after the event?
Speaker presentations will be available after the conference on the participant portal, information about which you will receive in the cover letter from the Organizers. All registered participants will receive an email with instructions on how to access the speaker presentations after the event. Please note that we must have the presenter’s permission to publish their presentation.

Are meals included in my registration?
Meals: coffee breaks, lunches listed in the program of the event are included in the registration fee. Detailed information is contained in the registration form of each event.

Can I see what sessions will be at the event in advance?
Yes. The program is published on the website and sent to all participants on the eve of the event.

What are plenary sessions?
Plenary sessions are usually presentations and speeches designed for all the participants in the meeting.

What are discussion sessions?
These are blocks of the program, where more than 4−5 participants get together on the stage to discuss the most pressing issues of the conference.

Is translation provided for foreign speakers?
Information about the possibility of providing translation for foreign speakers is available on the event website.

How to unsubscribe from information distribution?
In order to unsubscribe from receiving our informational messages, call us at +7 495 108‑51‑43 or send us an email at: events@ato.ru, indicating "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. The letter must indicate your full name, position, company and contacts of the employee who wants to be excluded from the mailing list. You also need to specify which events you want to unsubscribe from.

Partner logos
Any vector format: AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, CDR. All color spaces: RGB, CMYK, Pantone, etc. Russian and English versions. It is preferable to attach a brand book.

Advertisements
Acceptable formats: AI, PDF, EPS, JPG or TIF (300 dpi). A4 vertical size (210×297 mm). 5 mm bleeds. Russian and English versions.

Web-banner for email blast
  1. Desktop: 600×60–120px.
  2. Image (1) could be adapted for retina, doubling the size.
  3. Optional and for mobile screens: 300×60–120px. Desirable to adapt it for retina: ×2 size.
Ideally provide three sizes, for example: 600×120px (base size), 1200×240px (for laptops with retina screens), 600×200px (this is ×2 of 300×100px).
Static image, without animation. Russian and English versions. Two links.

Presentations
The optimal size is 16:9 and pdf-format. For PowerPoint format with effects, non-standard (including branded) fonts and videos — check the file on the stage. KeyNote presentation is not acceptable.

Video
Any format, preferably FullHD (1920×1080 px).
